Hi brother, I have the same car, a 2018 model, and it seems like the same problem, but mine wasn't the same, only my ESP light was on. I solved my problem by researching on foreign forums and through trial and error. My car was turning on the ESP light due to the brake switch, but I wasn't experiencing any traction loss or anything, only the Cruze control wasn't working. Anyway, I changed the brake switch and the problem was fixed. However, in ESP and ABS malfunctions, these vehicles cut the brakes. The vehicle's software works this way. In other words, if there are problems with your vehicle's ABS brain or ABS sensors, this is because the vehicle cuts high revs for driving safety, forcing you to have the vehicle repaired. There are probably many reasons, but there are places you should check first. For example, you should test the ABS sensors located on the inside of all 4 tires, down to the cable sockets. Then, you should check the brake switch. The vehicle has an ABC ESP brain. There may be a problem there too. The electronic part of these vehicles is a bit difficult. Unfortunately, most mechanics try to find a solution by replacing new parts instead of solving these problems. Do small tests, for example, when you first start it. Does the light come on immediately? Or does it come on no matter what you do? For example, does it come on when you step on the gas, when you enter a corner, or when you brake suddenly? If you check these, you can find the cause. It won't be easy. I solved the problem after 2 months of trying, I even took my car to the service center. If they could convince me, they would have removed my injectors and charged me 100,000. So, you see, even if you take it to a good service center, they will connect it to a computer and there will be a lot of fault codes. They will want to replace parts based on them. I hope it's a bit of a hassle, but assuming the wiper is involved, it seems like there might be a problem with the fuse box as well. If the previous owner of the car has messed with the electronics, you will have a lot of trouble.
