Hello there,
I have a 2004 model 307 1.4 hdi vehicle. My vehicle, which was problem-free up to a month ago, started causing problems a month ago. My problem is, I run the car and it doesn't matter how long I drive. When I go 20km, it goes through the same problem when I go under 1km. Anyway, I run the car and go. For example, I stand in front of a grocery store, I turn off the engine, get off my pet water from the grocery store, the key enters the ignition, the lights on the screen are off, the starter is on, the engine is running, but the engine is not running. I try again, the same result. When I wait for 10 minutes and start again, it is working normally and I'm going to my next stop. same problem if i want to run it again in 10-15min after stopping there.
I went to 2 services, one said brain failure, ate my week. the other said the hose, took off the fuel hose that blew the air, showed it, changed it, traveled it, tested it, bought my car because it was done, stopped again, and also started to give an abs error.
Let me also say that the fault occurred after filling the tank from full fuel oil and going 100-150km. I can't help wondering if it's fuel.
Why do you think the malfunction may be caused?

Depending on the engine temperature, the following issues I can think of that can do this issue:

1) Crank sensor - They may show a malfunction depending on the engine temperature.

3) Air in the fuel system, obstruction.

4) Injectors.

I thought about the pump, but I eliminated the pump due to the pump failure only when the engine was hot, not cold, 10 minutes later, normal operation.

I have the same problem. I went to the service, I stopped there for it, had to run again, it did not work when it started, they did not work, they connected the pc or something, they said it was catalyst.

I think it is correct. If the engine is hot, stop it, if it does not start when you start, pour 2-3 liters of water on the diesel pump. (Of course, someone will start.

After 10 minutes, diesel starts to cool and solidify and the element can catch it and pull it.

It is such a sensitive piece that the curse is observed with a microscope.

it means a troubled piece.

I mean, yes, it is a piece that rotates 2000 revolutions per minute while the engine is thinner than the length of the finger. The same thing happened to our company vehicles, the transporter the other day. Of course, when the pump is switched on, something extra comes along, for example, its gaskets, washers, snap rings, etc. etc. cost me 680 in total.

You said the same for 1 km and 20 km. Does the movement increase when you go 1km?

There was no fuel pump in the vehicle, it draws the fuel in a vacuum. malfunction appeared in the brain .. I gave mine to 450tl and bought it, I took it to 525tl when I said disassembly and alias ..
thanks to everyone who supports ...
