Empty socket under the lighter (206)

I don't know the 206s exactly, but it may be the socket for a feature that you don't have in that area. For example Power mirror, power window, Seat heater and so on ....

my car has glass sockets and power mirror buttons sockets and it is plugged in. Could the socket be empty because you probably don't have one of them?
