Emergency time does not work emergency help

The movement indicator clock of my 2000 model 406 sv car does not work but all of the customers are working but the indicator does not work.

Is the indicator broken or does not move at all?

Could be a temperature officer, it is worth looking again

There are three fans in the car, the fan is working, but the indicator plays very little, so it is close to zero.
