emergency door does not close?

friends door is not closing (right front). does not lock, does not sit at all, does not click the tongue. help car open to all dangers :)

UPDATE

The lock wire may have come out of the socket, you should open the door and check the lock wire.

Looks like there is no problem, when you turn it with my hand, it does not click on the door.
