ELM327 USB Diag

My brothers had a friend of golf, he had a cable called wagcom from china. as he puts it meant to delete the error codes in the car and adjust the fuel injection amounts. I think that this cable used in the 206's is ELM327 USB Diag. so what is this aga, i would be very happy if anyone knows if it has any benefit or is it worth it?

The Lexia-3 is sold in Peugeot, but the prices are a bit salty.
