1- not from knowledge, my people's solution: remove the battery terminals, wait 1 minute, then try again.

2- experience solution: the system protects itself in new generation vehicles whose battery is below a certain level. 2005 model BMW and 2003 Volvo also happened to me. Even the services did not understand, an electric master under the stairs connected and tried the new battery and resolved it.
