Electrical installation maintenance

I am looking for a good electrician in the European side for my newly bought 206 1.4 desire package vehicle. I intend to clean the installation residues from the previous owner of the vehicle and return it to the original.

Also, when the vehicle goes above 90, the stop light turns on. Since the vehicle does not give any confidence
