Eat6 Gear shift problem

I asked before but nobody answered. It just happened to me again. My 2016 ep car makes sounds from time to time when switching from 2 to 3 and 3 to 2. It is like the friction sound of the impellers that come in half when pressing the drain in manual vehicles.

There is also a slight agglomeration of the vehicle when it is 4 to 3. The transition is felt when going from 2 to 3.
