Hello,
I am a 2019 1.5 diesel EAT6 3008 user. The vehicle is at 13,000 km.
For a long time, when it was thrown from 1 to 2, the clutch mechanism jolts while locking (lock-up clutch). I have used 2 different 3008s recently, but they do not have such a jolt, it is very soft from 1 to 2, the clutch is completely locked and I do not even feel that moment. But in my vehicle this switch and clutch lock-up is jerky. Grips a little hard.
I wanted to ask here because I felt a slight jolt in other gear shifts and I did not feel this jerky in the other 3008s. Has anyone experienced such an issue? How did you find the solution?

Hello, teacher. If the warranty of your saddle vehicle is not over, go to the authorized service and explain the situation. Our 3008 user members who had this kind of problem solved the problem with many parts replacements. As far as I remember, axles injectors, engine and gearbox ears (wedges) were replaced. Of course, your vehicle may have a software problem. sonerkyl 2021-03-08 09:30:39

Thank you. I went to the service last week. They told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Perhaps not sensitive enough has been observed, because some attention is required to be noticed. If the problem becomes too disturbing, I intend to write to Peugeot Headquarters.

Please excuse me, teacher, authorized service. Your search for the Peugeot headquarters will be better than ever, then they become more interested.

Hello dear friends,
What do you think might be the reason why the torque converter lock mechanism called "lock-up clutch" in the EAT6 gearbox is closing in an excessively hard and jerky manner? Could it be the wrong timing belt setting?
Because after switching to 2nd gear, when the speed reaches 20 km, the lock-up clutch is fully closed and a jolt is felt at this time. I don't even feel this closing moment in other EAT6 vehicles, the lock-up clutch closes very softly.
Thanks in advance to those who will provide information.

I don't think it's the timing belt, but a problem with the engine mount or transmission mount can cause a lot of noise or vibration during the transition.

Thanks for the reply.
Authorized service said that they are looking into this issue, there are 3 wedges in the engine area and there is no problem with any of them.
We continue to investigate what other components can cause this jerky lock-up clutch.

The issue was discussed in detail in the authorized service. The test was taken in the presence of a specialist from the center. The vehicle appeared normal. I wanted to update on the situation here.

Hello there,
I've used the car in different ways over the past time. Sometimes I accelerated at a slow pace, sometimes at a high pace. And I saw that if I drive very slowly as if there is an egg under the accelerator pedal, when the speed is 15km, it shifts to 2nd gear, and at 20km, the torque converter locks up (lock up clutch). However, if I accelerate at a slightly fast pace, the vehicle shifts to 2nd gear at 20 km speed and the torque converter locks directly, not taking the load on it at all. And this situation I mentioned provides a very comfortable gear shift. Therefore, I attribute this experience to the character of the gearbox.
