Double tape clock problem

Hello friends, when I turn the tape on and off on the double tape I just bought, the date is the same but the clock setting deteriorates as if it shows a different time as if it is showing the time of another country. I wonder if there's a setting for this

I do not think you took a reinforcement from the vehicle and hid it in the tape.
