Door speaker recommendation for 308

I want to replace the speakers on the front doors of my 308 vehicle. When I turn the volume up a little, the bass bursts and the sound is flirty I want to buy speakers that will sound a little better.

Pioneer TS-G172CI how is this speaker? Does it make a difference compared to the original speaker? The tape is also the original 308 tape.

Also, does this speaker need an amplifier? Can I be trapped directly on tape?

Do you have speakers to recommend? I can allocate a budget of 100 TL.

As far as I know, the component sets are not very efficient without amplifiers, the original tape does not fully meet their outputs, but it still works ... this set is fine duruo pioneer as a result ... it has two twitter and 2 speakers inside it.
