When I first got the car, the speedometer and rev counter were broken. The needle was adjusted 3 5 days later, I looked at the temperature gauge, as soon as I started the car, it started ahead, then the temperature gauge was adjusted. This time, very few miles start behind when I first start it. I continued to use it, but the temperature gauge went above 90 while I was driving, I stopped the vehicle, I started it again, it went up to the red area, what should I do now... Frankly, I wondered if the vehicle overheated. but there was no smoke in the engine. Pejo 206 2004 model petrol

Don't worry, there is no problem. When it stops, the circulation of the car and the fan stop.
The coolant inside the engine continues to heat up with the temperature of the mitor. When the ignition is turned on, the sensor measures this level.
If the car returns to normal when it starts and goes down, there is no problem.

I started the vehicle, but I ran it for 2 3 seconds, it didn't fall, I turned off the ignition in case something happened, I tried this way because the temperature was halfway through, I thought maybe if I stopped the vehicle, it would drop to 90 degrees.

Wait a bit, it will drop when it starts to circulate. If it doesn't fall there is a problem.

Hmm thank you I guess I need to try some. Is it normal for the temperature to go up to 100? I stopped and go a lot that day, it was hot and there was traffic.

Normal teacher. A common situation with Peugeot petrol engines.
There is no problem as long as it stays on the red and gives a stop warning and as long as the fans etc. are running.
In heavy traffic, it exceeds 100 most of the time.

It doesn't go below 100, it's dishonest :))) it becomes 100 in a little traffic, the fan comes into play

Guys, I solved the problem. He could overheat when he turned the air conditioner to the end in congested traffic. This applies to small engine vehicles. In this case, it is necessary to turn off the air conditioner and give gas to the vehicle. I always set the air conditioner to the last setting, then it was overheating. Now I set the air conditioner to medium setting in congested traffic, no problem.
