dismantling the partner dashboard - Partner

Are there any information about this subject? One of the bulbs burst

and the panel with the knob / vent adjustment knobs does not light on the panel. Is there only a fuse belonging to that part? I checked but couldn't find it? If anyone knows how to remove that panel, it will be very good.
