dipstick tube - 106 - Peugeot Forum

In my 106 quick 2000 model vehicle, there is a hole as big as a dot in the dipstick pipe. When I give the gas to the vehicle, the oil leaks from there. I couldn't find the part. Can anyone help me if something like this happened to me?
