Diesel oil recommendation

Hi friends im got 2004 model 1.4 hdi xr 307 im. I have been doing the oil changes in 191 thousand km and always 7 thousand km since 150 thousand. I use Castrol 10-40, so this is the service's recommendation. But when I examine the booklets it says 5-30. What do you think about oil change to come?

10-40 ideal, I always used my vehicle 205000
