Dense Exhaust Smoke After Turbo Revision - 307

Two days ago, I took my 307 1.6 HDI 110 hp vehicle to a turbocharger in Izmir for turbo overhaul. When I went, they said, let's put the existing turbo from the ready-made revised turbo as it took a long time to revise. I confirmed too. They stated that the price included catalyst cleaning. Anyway, the old turbo was dismantled. Oil change was made. (4 liters of oil was added.) Catalyst cleaner was put. (I was not at the beginning of the vehicle when the cleaner was placed. But I know there was a liquid) Then the vehicle was started. When we got out for the test, very dense white smoke came out of the exhaust. So the eye is too close to see. They said that this was due to the "drug" added to the exhaust evaporated and that it would be stopped after a while. After the test, the master doubted something and removed the intercooler. He said the inside was full of oil. He washed there and put it back in place. Then we went back to the ring road and the smoke went a little bit and the smoke decreased a bit. He said that the turbo was working well and the transaction was completed and I left paying the fee.

Currently, smoke is still coming from the exhaust. Bluish white smoke emits enough to disturb the environment, though not in excess. The turbo also has a high speed whistling sound and a propeller friction sound. There is also heavy blowing from the engine top oil cap. Before revision, it was very low accordingly.

Whatever you have to do, I would be very happy if you could help. Where do you think the problem originates from? I love my car, but I started to cool down when I said it was electricity, brain, turbo. Greetings

I hope you can win the right one. They dishonestly put the turbo with the oil leak in their car because they are stupid
