Crank seal rubbing or whistling sound

Since I bought my 1.4 petrol lpg li car, I had to go 3 with the shift, but when I threw it at 4, it sounded like a belt rubbing or whistling sound.

This squeaking sound is caused by the dust coming out of the clutch disrupting the clutch ball. these are changing as a set I suggest you change it in service
