Could the battery be dead?

1 month later, I took my 207 vehicle from the service. I used some today. I had to go somewhere in the evening, I turned on the ignition. In the park gear, the speed decreased, increased and decreased, then the car was shaken and cut off the electricity. Is the battery dead or could it be another problem
