In parallel with the developing automobile technologies, the new generation engines that operate more sensitive than the past produce great power from small volume, while the quality of gasoline or diesel, which must be used against low fuel consumption, must also comply with various standards.

The fuel processed to meet these standards is enriched with various additives and is suitable for use. While all of these cause additional costs for fuel, gasoline and diesel prices are constantly increasing in the face of heavy tax burden. The additives that people who know this opportunity mix with fuel, especially solvent, cause serious damage to the engine. Various liquids, such as solvent mixed with fuel, cause gasoline engines to ignite while they are not atomized (dispersed) during spraying or combustion, and injectors during the spraying of diesels. Clogged injectors primarily cause failure of oxygen sensor and catalyst in gasoline engines. The damage of poor quality fuel in diesel engines is much more than gasoline. Especially in new generation diesel engines with high pressure fuel system, the injector nozzles clogged after the fuel filter reduce the efficiency of the engine and cause the fuel pump to be forced. The engine, which constantly warns the driver with a continuous malfunction lamp, can cause the vehicle to remain on the road without giving this warning. While the cost of poor quality fuel causes a cost of about 400 TL for a 4 cylinder gasoline engine, this figure increases exponentially in diesel.
