Spraying provides magnetic valves on the injectors that can be switched quickly. This opens up new possibilities for shaping of the jet, measuring the jet amount and fuel jet. In addition, thanks to these possibilities, Pilot (front) Spraying, which is an excellent advantage of the new system, emerges. Pilot spraying occurs prior to the main spray, greatly improving the exit rates for fuel combustion. The front or multiple nozzles are created by controlling the high solenoid valves multiple times. Thus, both harmful substance and noise emission and consumption values of diesel engines are further reduced. The Common-Rail system can replace the spray system used without major changes to the engine. The only condition for the separation of pressure build-up and spraying is the High Pressure Holder, which consists of a distributor pipe (rail) and pipes to the injectors. The core part of the system is a magnetic valve-controlled injector. The blasting event is initiated by a signal from the brain to the magnetic valve. Meanwhile, the amount sprayed depends on both the opening time of the magnetic valve and the system pressure. System pressure is constituted by a high pressure piston pump. Said pump operates with low drive torque, which reduces the load on the pump drive. Distributor type pumps in passenger cars for pressure build-up; row-type pumps are foreseen for commercial vehicles. In common-rail systems, the brain, sensors and most system functions are equal to time-dependent single-pump systems such as the pump-nozzle-unit and pump-pipe-nozzle found in others. The developments reached with the Common-Rail technique can be heard and measured. Thanks to the pre-spray, this direct sprayer works with the low noise level of the front combustion chamber engine and also complies with the strictest exhaust gas rules. |
