coke in the car after injector cleaner

I used apex 10 injector cleaner at 144,000km on my pejo 206 petrol vehicle, poured 250ml into the full tank as described, but the inside of the car started to smell of gas before.

It seems that the chemicals in the product you use have cleaned the deformed areas of the fuel hose from the gas tank to the engine. so I think it might be pierced. see it as soon as possible without causing an injury

If you put the box in your trunk or something after using it, it may have been spilled.
