Clutch problem at 307 sw - 307

When my friends shift gears in my car at high revs, there is a problem with a clutch discharge.

In other words, if I give an example, I pushed the uphill vehicle at high speed in 1st gear. While pulling to 2, the clutch is emptied and gripped from the bottom.

But normal use is OK.
