It has been 1 year since it gave the first major malfunction of ours: D While driving on the road suddenly the engine is running no fault light The vehicle started to scream like idle. press brake pad problem was called to the repair shop. Now the vehicle is opening, they dismantled the car a lot and the tires came out. I don't have much work in industry, so do you have any idea for this breakdown? Is there anything to consider when building or collecting a vehicle? Should the gearbox oil, steering hydraulic oil or something change when it is opened? Is it easy to change the gearbox oil? or should we distribute it too? If his job is long, let's not take any risks and keep it Big smile

My printing pad has changed yesterday. As you say, it screams like it is idle, I put the car in gear, but it cries out, it does not go out in the normal gas caused by me. It is better not to replace it with si because the parts that wear out over time stay in the rag. because of the places where you put new oil, the transmission will start to sound. nobody recommends the oil change. they put old oil and complete it if it is missing. I entered a pressure pad, I made a timing circuit, engine oil maintenance, I got them all done

You did the best. The 15-year-old car has never changed, which means that it will move slowly from now on.

I do not think that the pressure pad has not changed for 15 years, but it may be uncertain. They also say that the gearbox for the pressure pad will come down when it is already open, the oil can be renewed, usually put back the oil that the car has accustomed to, but I have not seen the damage of the change, but after the proper oil has been added until today, there is no problem. I recommend you to have it inspected, to replace parts such as gear stick, axle seal.

Let me ask when it comes. When the car is idling, a chirping sound is heard. It breaks when I put my foot on the clutch. I don't have to press it, so when I destroy the working space with my foot, the sound goes away. It comes when he quits. I asked the master, he said, "The pressure will be guaranteed." Then he opened the hood and played with something. I think he said something like I split the fork. Voice went instantly and said it wouldn't be a problem to use it like that. Then the sound continued to come up again and it is not enough to remove the clutch play and I have to press some more to cut the sound. I took it after that. No injection, no idle imbalance. I do not understand whether he has his own mistake or not. What is this situation friends? A help please.

[QUOTE = samet206] I don't think the pressure pad has been changed for 15 years, but it may be obvious. It also says that the gearbox for the pressure pad will be renewed when it is already opened, usually they put back the oil that the car got used to, but I have not seen the damage of the change until the proper oil has been added until today. I suggest you look at the wire, fork, axles, renew gear parts, axle seal, etc. The volant status should also be checked.

Thanks for help. I take notes and have them checked over time. Original edition balata material changed from me as oil + oil filter, air and gasoline filters kept 600 TL.
Also what is a volant? how is it understood how it gets old?

Even the workmanship, you have received very good prices. In automatic vehicles, they say change the gearbox oil every 60,000. My personal opinion is that in the manual transmission, you can replace the old transmission oil, which contains metal particles that have eroded over time.

yes price including workmanship. If one of the forum changes the oil, the gearbox will make a noise, I didn't press the master to change it because he said that he changed it.

Looking at the axle seals
Changing gearbox oil
It would be great if you turned the flywheel and put it on
Transmission oil is not that problem, it can be changed whenever you want. No hard work.
But it would be nice if you looked at the axle heads and put it on the flywheel while it was inserted
