This sound has been coming from the vehicle for more than 1 month and I feel like it has started to increase gradually, sometimes it is interrupted, sometimes it does not come after making a change.

As if the syringe comes from there, 3 things come to mind in this case.
- either exhaust or manifold leak
- Injector needle sound
Compression leakage from under the injector

Compressor leak. the washers must be worn out of the washers. stamps are very cheap and they want 150 200 TL for labor. Replace the scales of the 4 injectors while looking ready.

[QUOTE = pusutr] Compressor leak. the washers must be worn out of the washers. stamps are very cheap and they want 150 200 TL for labor. Replace the scales of the 4 injectors while looking ready. Or if I don't change them, are there 1-2 months bigger problems? Is it an emergency?

Compressor leakage is related to the traction of the vehicle. Traction will drop as pressure leakage will occur inside the engine. And since there will be a rich mixture in the engine, dense smoke will come out of the exhaust.
206's air conditioner is already weak. I would make it empty every 2 years. But a good master has to do this. Cooling was then acceptable.
