Greetings, When I left my 2011 3008 vehicle to the service last year, the vehicle remained in service on the feast, I think half finger between the chest and the middle ventilation got up, I showed it to a couple of places in Ankara, diagnoses such as the need to remove and look at the whole chest, already a vehicle with a trim sound, it would be all bad if it was removed. Outside the central ventilation frame, it should be a separate piece from the L-shaped chest body that starts from the right of the gauge shield and joins with the chrome piece to the right of the radio. If the vehicle has not received an impact that affects that area from the front or sides in the past, if the chest has not been removed and reinserted, they may be interested because there is a visual distress that could not be a usage error. If they are indifferent, it is better to add clear photographs taken from different angles before you intervene yourself , mention the authorized service you are talking to, write to the manufacturer and wait for an answer.
