central lock and speed hand problem

Hi guys, I have two problems, firstly, I get out of the car and lock it, but when the car goes to eco-mode, I cannot open it from the remote. No problem when leaving parks open and preventing them from entering Eco mode
My second problem is that while the car is in the city, the tachometer rises a little at a time and the speed hand drops to zero. At that moment the engine gets stronger like a 3.0 cc engine.
