Central in-console heating and cooling

Hello friends 5008 Peugeot 2016 in the center console, the air-conditioner was blowing cold in the summer, but now it is still blowing in the center, even though the heater or air conditioner is hot, the inside of the console and even as if cold feet are coming to the feet.

hello as far as i know there is no cooling torpedo writing winter always blows cold. There is no connection there regarding the feet
