Cd player and cd changer work after screen change

Hi
I changed the 307 screen. trip computer and everything else works but the cd and cd changer keys of the tape do not work but the radio works. Everything works when you plug in the old screen again. I think the trip computer does not allow me to use other functions of the tape. but enter any code etc. No warning like. Can anyone help?

I don't think there is a problem with the screen. As far as I know, the road computer and the tape should know each other. Since this screen is a 206 screen, the memory of that vehicle is in the memory of this screen. I am trying to solve this.
