If you put the song in compressed formats such as mp3 inside the song cd, your tape won't play. Because your tape is not programmed to open the music data in this compressed form. All you have to do is put the songs on the CD in an uncompressed format called track. You do not need any extra program while doing this. Media Player will see your work. I recommend you to write at the lowest speed while writing.
