CD AND NAVIGATION PROBLEMS OF 3008 2013 MODELS

Greetings I joined you from Istanbul. I have a 2013 model 1.6 e-hdi felline model vehicle. There was a problem with my car's cd player. The image on the navigation screen is gone. The cd player is constantly moving the CD eject 20-30 second intervals (running the cd eject engine), although it does switch off the ignition and get the key. There is no image and sound on the navigation screen (including warning of distance sensors) when I look at the screen in the dark there is illumination but no change. An auto multimedia systems mechanic requested 1200 TL, stating that there is a cd player malfunction and a part needs to be replaced. Is this likely to be an insurance problem for the cd player? Whether it is trying to remove the CD or why it never sends an image to the screen, I do not understand this. Okay, no electricity will go or the mechanical control integration will be defective and the CD section will not work. I request help from friends who have knowledge and experience in this regard .

If the CD section continues to work when you turn off the ignition, do you lock the doors of the vehicle while you are doing this, and do the CD continue to work? possibly cd part has malfunction. 1200 TL said a lot of friends. One of our members in the forum experienced a similar situation.
