catalytic converter problem

We have a 2007 Model 2.2 liter Gasoline (98 thousand KM original) vehicle, it is usually lying down and is rarely used. I went to Maslak Peugeot because it said "depollution system is faulty". We reset and continue. Has anyone had this problem and replaced the catalytic converter? where can we get it?
