I have a 1989 peugeot 405 station manual gearbox. I am orthopedically disabled and my vehicle is specially equipped. It is not possible to change it for economic reasons. My current problem is related to carburetor. When the car is not operated for 2 days or more, it works very hard with gasoline. It works in some way, but it does not go. Tripping hops. A very dirty smell comes from the exhaust. At this stage, the gasoline / LPG button emerges. It takes 2-3 seconds to stop and stop the gas in the brain. But let's say I did not run it for 2-3 days. i'm having a benzie works very comfortably. Let's say i used the car today. i came home in the evening. i'm working with gasoline in the day tomorrow. i'm sitting in zonguldak center.

It will not be right to comment without seeing the tool. As far as I understand, LPG is not a problem, but if you are having this problem in gasoline, it is likely that there will be a problem with the carburetor.

Thank you for your interest and answer. What is your situation? Do you have a technical service? Is it possible to contact you if any? Or do you have a specialist advice to deal with the carburetor of such vintage models?

you're welcome bro I'm not a master, let's just say ours is a hobby. Smile In fact, there is no system that requires much extension, it is enough to disassemble the old carburetors and replace them with a nice cleaning and the parts such as oring, and then a nice adjustment should be made. I would have helped if you were in Ankara, we have a few peugeot masters. 3
