car pulls to the right

Friends caught my attention a couple of days ago, my car is pulling to the right. When I was driving in the middle lane, I especially left the steering wheel. The car passed to the right lane. The tie rod balance adjustment was made during the summer, when the tires were being renewed. or why else?

Under normal conditions, if the vehicle with rot balance adjustment does not pull right or left, it is distorted or not done properly.
