Could anyone know what cable is the cable breaking off in the rear bumper above?

It may have been installed later. But the fog lamp is higher :)

There may be a cable belonging to the parking sensor. Didn't you tell us that there is something that is not working in your vehicle?

The fog lamp is working. The cable parking sensors that are disconnected from itself are working, but I did not check them one by one.
