C3 Wiper failure

Hello again, for about a year now, when the weather is humid (especially in spring and winter), the wiper motor works gradually, as if with difficulty, in gear 1, and not at all in gear 2. When the weather is dry, there is no problem. Gear 1 works normally without stuttering, and in gear 2, it works faster. The vehicle has a rain sensor. In humid weather, when in automatic mode, it works with a little rain (gear 1), it stutters, and in heavy rain, it stops. I have to switch from automatic to gear 1. When I checked with Lexia, the wiper code shows speeds for gears 1 and 2. I don't think there's a fault here. I think the wiper motor might be absorbing moisture from the air. Would removing it, cleaning it, drying it, and replacing the seal and rubber, if any, solve the problem? Is it difficult to disassemble this motor?
