3 days ago I bought 207 diesel 1.4 urban moves. Burning smell comes from the vehicle while idling after the vehicle stops. There is no problem going to the vehicle, but after stopping, the smell starts to work while idling. I bought the vehicle 0km. Is it related to new parts or should I take it to the service?

Although you do not know the smell you have described now, you can smell like you said because of the novelty, especially when you use a little cycle in new cars. & nbsp;

I do not use it at high speeds, I change gears at most 2500. The smell was like something plastic was burning, when I first heard it was in gasoline, I was pretty afraid, but then it went by itself. Smell |

[QUOTE = ezelefe] If you bought the car zero, it will smell when the engine gets hot. because the vehicles are coming to Turkey, the wax is applied to the engine when it comes with the ship. this is its smell. > Thank you very much for the information. How long does this smell last?

I called the technical service and asked, they said that the engine was new and that the odor came from the exhaust, that it could continue for a while, and that this smell would end with the full spread of the oil to the engine
