bsi crackling sound from the brain

Hi friends, my car is 307 hdi look. Today, the sound of the sizzle coming from my vehicle's brain is still closed when the ignition is off, there is no sound, it does not make a sound without pulling the battery or the queue. All functions of my vehicle are working. We connected the diagnostic device and the computer could not connect with the brain. we ripped the brain and there was nothing to sound. anybody who knows the sound coming from this brain is coming to the press, waiting for your help

The inside of the brain is somewhat complicated, and it doesn't happen because there is no sound. Any electronic piece can make sound. The brain may have protected itself.

If you are unable to connect from a computer, I will ask a service, but that brain will probably change or it may have to be passed by a good master.
