Broken in injector

Today I took my car to the industry for routine oil filter maintenance. There was lubrication at the bottom of a injector. Whatever I said is a chronic problem in our vehicles. Injector broken inside while trying to remove boiled. What is the crime of the master? 600tl entered us, not a cheap piece.
