Hello everyone ... I have a 206 model Diesel 2011 model . I replaced the front brake pads and found that the wear between the pads on the right and left is different. One side was over 50% worn compared to the other. When I brake hard, it happens in the car pulling. There is no problem with the rot-balance adjustment, no uneven wear on the tires. Why is the problem caused? Thank you in advance for your answers.

I do not know in my chronic problem. front disc and pads are finished in 2 months. I wonder if the problem ends?

& nbsp; I don't think the problem is caused by the pad. I changed my car at 30,000 km and it was the original linings. Moreover, the change was made at the authorized Peugeot service Haramidere Deniz.
& nbsp; & nbsp; When I was there, I did not look at the changed parts, when I came home, I looked at the parts that one of the pads was worn more than the other. Nobody said anything from the service. Apparently he didn't know what happened to them, so they didn't say anything to me. Or I do not know how they escaped their attention.
& nbsp; & nbsp; My vehicle is now at 39,600 km and I will be in maintenance again. At least I say that I will fix the malfunction this time. Also, I do not want to go to the authorized service because I could not see any benefit in this incident.
& nbsp; & nbsp; I hope the masters on the site or someone who has passed such a topic will help.

I know that pulling from the rear drums often tells that if one side is tight, if one side is normal, it pulls towards the tight side, so have your rear brake settings checked.

I don't think there will be a problem with the rear brakes. Because when I move the handbrake while walking on the straight road, it is straight. It doesn't pull in any direction. The place that is already unevenly worn and pulled is the front. I am wondering why and which part should change.

Did you just bring the vehicle to a service on the brake, they are more experienced in braking

I did not know that. For example, where are there?

I have the same problem. when I brake a little tight at high speed, the car turns left very little. front and rear all pads and drums changed. It has decreased a little but is still not completely past. It was happening more before the change. I'm looking forward to your solution, my friend. I hope your problem will be solved.

I hope ... Since I do not have time, I have no chance to visit a few industries or craftsmen and analyze the situation. Until this time, I preferred the authorized service, I think they employ uninformed personnel for maximum profitability. The interesting thing is that nobody is talking about the site. So it's not a common malfunction.

The topic is very old, but I saw the same thing with my Peugeot partner vehicle. There is no shrinkage, but the pads are unevenly worn. I think the reason is the cross brake system

I'm using a 306 it's almost the same as a 206. If there is uneven wear, you should look at the disc first. the drum will be adjusted. It is not a very complex or difficult matter.
