Hello friends, my car is 2005 model 307 1.6 hdi. The sound of blasting from the engine that started after driving the vehicle for a long time started to come as soon as the engine warmed up for the last 2 days. When I checked the oil of my car, the oil level had dropped by half. For this reason, does the car make sound? Today I showed the vehicle to the master, he said that we should remove the engine from the V-belt or timing belt and look at it. As far as I know, there is no sound from the timing. It was also about 40,000 KM after changing the triger. I am waiting for your opinions on the subject.

Check the tension of the belts. It can expand from cold heat. It can be cut or reduced when slightly tightened.

I think it will most likely be a sound from the back bearing or V-belt. Peugeot35 2017-02-15 14:48:34
