Boot mechanism not locked

Friends are giving boot mechanism not locked malfunction in my vehicle, what could be the reason and how can I find the solution? The top roof is not opening right now in my vehicle. Pressing the button lowers the windows, but the trunk does not lift and does not give any error when pressing the button. Does the boot mechanism not locked malfunction have anything to do with the top ceiling?

my bilal brother has trouble in one or more of the siwich. it is either stuck or there is no contact.
