Black 307 to matt black wheel cover?

My friends have become passionate about making minor changes to my vehicle, now I am stuck in painting the original rims with painted paint or carbon coating. I guess I'm going to paint, after all, the wheel cover may not be worth the carbon coating. >

(The vehicle's door moldings, door handles, mirrors, places on the bumpers and door pillars are covered with black carbon)
