Belt noise when driving

Do I change the v-belt when running, it makes a sound for 1 2 seconds while running, sometimes when you turn the steering wheel fully when you put it in 1st gear, why do you think?

I guess only the v-belt has changed, the tensioner bearing has changed, and if my teacher has not changed, the sound will come from it.

We changed the tensioner bearing before replacing the belt, teacher.
