hello my car 2004 model peugeot 1.4 hdı 307 when i press the gas, the bad ball sound coming when i press the current clutch, i hear the same sound before i press it i have the same sound before i press the gas, i can clear up to 2500 rpm when i press the gas, then the sound is cut off, i get the sound after 2500 down again, the sound is partially cut when the engine shines my problem is that they brought it to the private service, they couldn't understand because the sound did not come out, but they told me that the pressure pad was exhausted, it was 600 TL change completely. When I press it, sometimes it is cut at 2500, sometimes at 3000 rpm. The sound is exactly like cijjjjjjjjj, it looks like the sound that a scattered ball vibrates to the left and right while turning fast. (the sound comes out in the vehicle in neutral when the car is in neutral, it stops after 2500 cycles when i press the gas when it gets hot) my engine can cut completely. tutuman_307 2013-09-24 10:24:09

The sound in the vehicle may be caused by the dynamo ball or the air conditioning ball. For these reasons alone, it will be humming. and you hear it while working in rolent.

When the vehicle is cold, when I first start it, when I press gas up to 3000 rpm for 10 minutes, the sound comes after 3000 revolutions, clean engine sound comes, the problem is when the car warms up. It is coming to the engine speed until the revolution and it got a very disturbing sound now, as if the ball was dispersed, cieiiijjjjjjjjjjj, I brought it to the service, they did not understand, the engine was hot.

Have a look that makes this sound from the crankshaft pulley.

I am blowing the thread, the sound probably comes from the ball of the belt tensioner bill, are there any sound-like friends? Are they replacing this ball or are they changing my complete belt tensioner billet and what is the cost of replacing this ball? I researched the ball including workmanship, it has a price of 20-30 pounds.

The best solution to this sound is that the timing covers consist of 2 parts. My master said I heard that it reduces the sounds coming from the timing to a minimum?

my friend, if you find the piece for that money, do not be so addicted to service, or remove the timing cover, there is a small hole in the flywheel sensor, there is a small hole in the flywheel, there is a screwdriver, turn it back. Take the screw in the kit and the screwdriver you put in the flywheel, see if the touch is in contact with the turnbuckle valves or you can change the timing cover, the ball has changed so you can change it but the lower pulley will be removed as an extra

I think you call the strap of the charger, my brother, the models with fixed charger have a tensioner bearing, loosen it. the belt has changed

I rumble the subject again I have been using my vehicle for 1 year, unfortunately, I still haven't found out where the sound came from. I think it is made from the bearings, I don't have my timing belt, I can see how I can remove the covers, do I need to insert the v-belt to remove it. Can you help me with this issue?

When it comes to the area where the trigere is, it is going to cut the sound of soap or chemicals, and you will cut the belt. Ok, let's do the little things ourselves, but don't overdo it. Adjust your headlight eraser door. Going into things that will cost a lot from the undercoat of your face does not go beyond having an adventure. High risk zone timing is definitely not recommended for anyone who is not competent.
