Hello, I just joined the forum. I have been a Peugeot 206 2004 model auto user for a year. Overall I'm happy with the car.. only when shifting from second gear to third gear with an automatic transmission. It passes at 3000-3250 rpm. The vehicle is screaming. There is no fault code or anything. LPG gasoline Gasoline price transitions are better, of course. While shifting to third gear, the car passes by shouting, of course, I press veteran Eze eze so that the car can shift into gear comfortably. Why this problem occurs. I would appreciate if you share your information about the vehicle passing at high speed in third gear. Have a good day everyone

I'm pressing Eze eze I didn't understand my term.
The more you press the gas in automatic gear, the later it changes gear.
You can have the brake switch checked. Although rare, it can cause such problems.

What I mean by crushing it is that I press the gas slowly at a time, it's better
It beats the gear, as you said, it beats too late, let me have the brake switch checked, then if it's effective
Thanks

I have the same problem. What did you do to overcome this problem?

When you exceed 2500 rpm, doesn't it shift up when you release the gas pedal slightly?

Generally speaking, no, it doesn't. It shifts gears at 3200 rpm and above, and when you tighten it a little, it downshifts very quickly.

Hello friends, I have some problems. * First problem, the vehicle is slow to shift to 2nd and 3rd gears when first started. Then, sport and snow modes flash. * Second problem, there is a slight knocking when shifting gears. * Third problem, the temperature rises quickly at city lights. When it approaches 90, the malfunction light comes on when I brake and goes off when I accelerate. * In addition to the third problem, if this problem persists, that is, in heavy traffic, I experience idle fluctuations between 900 and 110 rpm in the vehicle. Is there anyone else experiencing these problems? Can I ask for information about a solution? Also, could these problems in the transmission cause my 3rd problem?

The vehicle passes at high rpm in third gear I would appreciate if you could share your information. Have a good day everyone[/QUOTE] I have the same problem. I asked around and they said it is normal for gear shifting between 3-4 rpm. Do not expect shifting at a lower rpm like in manual. I asked people who have a 206 and they say they experience the same problem in general.

After the oil change, the problem of shifting into gear was slightly improved.

I had the oil changed and the problem got better a little bit, but there are also those who say that Peugeot 206s have always been like this since their production. By the way, I sold my car last month. I wish everyone trouble-free driving.
