Automatic transmission gear shift failure

I bought a 2015 model 208 semi-automatic gasoline vehicle 1.5 months ago and after 1 week, when shifting to 5th gear, it was dropping to neutral for 3-4 seconds. After a while, 5th gear started not shifting at all or shifting momentarily and dropping back to 4th. A software update was performed on the vehicle, but it did not fix it. It was said that the transmission had gotten water, but it was cleaned, but the problem still did not fix it. The vehicle has been in the industrial areas for 1 month.
