Hello friends,
I am 406 users with 2000 models of gasoline + lpg ST equipment. I have a question about the error 'Automatic gear fault'. There are many titles on the subject, but I did not see a problem similar to mine. I set out to go from Istanbul to Ankara with my vehicle while driving at a speed of 100km (around 2500 cycles) and after about 30 km I got this error and when I stopped the car and started it again, the problem went away. Afterwards, the error repeated after a short distance. So I decided to go faster. When I traveled at 120-130 km, I had no problems. I wonder if this is a coincidence or when I go really low speed, I get the error again and when I go 100-110km with a slightly lower speed, I got an error again in 10 minutes. In the transformation from Istanbul to Ankara, I came to 120-130km (around 3000 cycles) and had no problems. Since I got this error at 100 km speeds on Ankara ring road, I had 2 solenoid and oil changes before I went to Istanbul. Why do you think I might be getting this error at low speeds (revs)? Before changing solenoid and oil, it gave an error like p06 pressure sensor error in the vehicle. In the last case, what error does it give?

There may be a problem with the gearbox oil cooler, brother.

I think out loud; It seems to me that the transmission at higher rpm will heat up more and it is more likely to have an error. Also, is the coolant circulating through a single channel or is it also forked for the transmission? If it is a single line and there is a problem in the cooling channel, I think the temperature will increase. If there is a separate bifurcation, this time, as I mentioned above, it seems more likely to get an error.

Another question in my head is where is the sensor that measures the transmission oil pressure? I think my fault could also be caused by this sensor. It may send lower values to the vehicle's brain than it should at low revs. Changed vs. when I searched on the internet I couldn't find it, but I read statements to check your pressure sensor on foreign sites. Moreover, the first error was something like a pressure sensor error. When I searched for such a product on the internet, I came across similar products below. Is this sensor in an easy place and how can I test it?

The pressure sensor is a round piece just below the hydraulic block. If this part is problematic, the transmission ensures the system continues to operate with a constant pressure of 13 bar and true.

Of course, the cooling system forks because the inlet and outlet diameters of the transmission cooler are narrow. It would be unreasonable for the coolant of the entire engine to pass through, just like the radiator and lpg regulators are connected.

Have your oil level checked, you can even add 0.5 liter and look at the result.

N11 also has the equivalent lt71141 price is half the price. It does not cause any problems, since the old technology liquid patent period is up, others can produce it. It was a Brava brand. If necessary, I bought my link paths 2 times and completed the gap due to oil leakage. Even if it doesn't fit, it doesn't cause any problem in 0.5 lt of 8 lt.
