this error is primarily the transmission malfunction. There may be 2 reasons.

Transmission oil, the first of which has completed its life, is no longer functioning. Do not believe transmission oil is lifetime.

The second is the malfunction of the cellonoid valves that control the oil pressure inside the gearbox. in this case, valve replacement will correct the malfunction.

As someone who has experienced this problem for a long time, after changing the oil first, if the problem still continues, it is the cellonoid valve change.

I changed my oil first, it was a short solution, then I changed the valves. I don't have any trouble right now.
