I had an oil change last month. They put a total of 10-40 semi-synthetics, but a strange increase in sound in the car. Before the engine oil warms up, it sounds like a valve knock. At first I thought lpg was coming from the injectors, but then I realized that it is not. It comes from a part of the engine. I asked the master, said the cup (!). They said the valve pusher is a cup :) he can not get oil into it, he makes a sound from him. I asked the oil, what do you use? I said 10-40 semi-synthetic. He should have a look at his guide, maybe the oil feels thick, he said. This day I stopped by. We put 0-30 CASTROL_EDGE 4lt oil. As if the sound was cut off a little bit but time will show. It can also be psychological. Essentially I want to ask this. We put 0-30, but did we mistake

It's not a mistake. I use Mobil 1 0W-40 and, as you said, my car works quieter and without a beat compared to the previous one. 0W-30 is definitely not a fault. I would say it is a more accurate choice compared to 10W-40. |

I have the same problem, when the valve thrusters are in idle, especially when it is cold, it makes sound like click-to-injector sound, if you root and release the gas, it gets better and it doesn't get hot. )

Put the engine internal cleaner into the old oil without changing the oil, especially put the wurt brand, then run it for 15 minutes and then pour it to the new oil. Also, the gasoline additive in the oil is reduced to a minimum for the injectors.
